چکیده
The COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) pandemic has spurred the development of highly effective quantitative methods for assessing adaptive immune response to SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome-related coronavirus 2) virus. In order assess humoral component response, various detecting immunoglobulins A, M, G are widely used. ELISPOT seems be most accessible and method level T cells that specifically respond virus antigens. aim . To cell-mediated immunity in residents Republic Crimea. Methods study was performed on 24 volunteers: presence antibodies determined by ELISA method, contact with proteins – “TigraTest® SARS-CoV-2” (Generium, Russia). For retrospective population, we assessed 10 000 tests (ECOlab IgM IgG, Russia) our laboratory period from July 2020 January 2022. Results results show effectiveness using detect latent forms infection. It is important note there statistically significant relationship between timing number spots both antigen panels. After vaccination against SARS-CoV-2, lasts up 6 months or more. Conclusions As a result study, it found during 2021, immunization population Crimea significantly increased; proportion who have positive IgG test increased 27 % 87 %. studies set reagents vitro detection blood T-lymphocytes SARS-COV-2 antigens (“TigraTest® SARS-CoV-2”) showed this more sensitive than diseases.

Antibodies testing, Immunity and immunity passport in Covid-19
The global outbreak of coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) has affected most countries in the world. Our knowledge of diagnostic tests for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is evolving, and it is important to have a clear understanding of the nature of the tests and the interpretation of their findings. In this paper, the purpose is to interpret the results of two typ...
متن کاملHumoral and cell-mediated immunity to cytomegaloviruses.
Specific immunologic resistance mechanisms to cytomegalovirus (CMV) have not been extensively studied in either normal subjects or immunosuppressed renal allograft recipients. Such studies are in progress in my laboratory. Humoral immunity to CMV appears to be unimpaired in infected transplant patients. The neutralizing (NT) antibody titers in 24 allograft recipients with active CMV infection w...
متن کاملEvaluation of Humoral and Cell-mediated Immunity of Two Capripoxvirus Vaccine Strains against Lumpy Skin Disease Virus
Background and Aims: Prevention of Lumpy skin disease (LSD) in cattle is heavily dependent on vaccination. Since the genetic structure of LSD virus has the close relatedness with other Capri-pox virus (CaPV). Therefore, the use of vaccine strains of CaPV derived from sheep and goat would be useful to protect cattle against LSD. Materials and Methods: The susceptible calves of dairy farms were ...
